How to Buy and Sell Player Stocks

Experience the thrill of football betting, fun of fantasy football and unpredictability of the stock market.

The objective of FootballSX is to generate profit by taking out more money from the Game Pot than you invest, trading players whose share-prices are higher when you sell vs. what you paid for them and/or winning returns in the weekly dividend competitions.

At its simplest, FootballSX investing comes down to the approach you take & the judgement calls you make.

Football Player Scoring Rules

Players accumulate points in a match based on these metrics.

  • Goals
  • Assists
  • Clean Sheets
  • Saves
  • Penalty Saves
  • Penalty Misses
  • Yellow Cards
  • Red Cards
  • Own Goals
  • Goals Conceded
  • Penalties Conceded
  • Penalties Won
  • Penalties Missed
  • Penalties Saved

Scoring system applies same to every match, regardless of competition.

Scores are then weighted according to competition index.

Stock Market Weighting System

Scoring system applies to all matches equally.

To accuratelyy reflect the quality level we need to apply a weighting to each competition relative to each leagues Uefa Co-efficient – this is the best benchmark for fairly assessing the quality level of each league.

For the Beta-test we are using 22/23 performance rating only to reflect the most accurate real-time level of each league. In the full version of the game national weighting will be measured over a longer period to ensure stability.

England is the top league in Europe with a 1 or 100% weighting. Spain is next at 85% or 0.85.

This means for every 100 points scored in Spanish league matches, a player's actual points will be 85 vs 100 in England, or in Germany 77, Italy 73 or France 57.

This is something to consider when thinking about likely winners of the weekly dividends.
